Letters

I thought it would be cool to post the e-mails that we wrote back and forth in the beginning of our friendship that led into our relationship.  I will do them every so often.  Here are the first ones. :)

Thank you for the support last night.  You are now my #1 fan.  The
reason that I struck out was because when I went to bat I looked up in
the stands to get a smile out of you, you weren't there.  I was bummed
out after that and I didn't care.  
 
I gave them your ap today and put in a good word in for you, since i'm
nice all the time.  I also stole your e mail address and phone number
off of it.  OPPS!  Anyways I hope everything is going great for you and
now that you know where I work you can stop by and say hi.

Well I'm sorry you guys lost.  Everyone did play pretty well though. 
There is still hope for at least one win.  I'm sorry that you struck out, now
I feel like it's my fault.  So when Chad goes crazy and teases you, you
can just say "it was elina's fault."
 
I'm painting my Dad's building for him right now and I have paint all
over my hands and clothes.  It's not real fun because the ladder keeps on
trying to kill me but oh well.  Hope this paint comes off.
 
Thank you for the good word in.  I received a call from Lois and I'm
going in to talk with her on thursday at three.
 
My day is going fairly well.  Take care and have a good one also.

By the way we did win one game.  Kind of hard to believe.  And you
should feel bad about telling Chad because i've been getting calls all
day about it.  Enough about the big K.  When you get your job, you owe
me big.  Now you just have to live up to all the good things that I was
saying about you.  But i'm sure you will.
 
Have fun painting and when your done you can go paint my other house.

How excited are you for the big interview?  Everything will go great. 
Just be as sweet as I HEAR you can be and smile.  What do you want to do
after the game, go get ice cream or a snow cone?  You earned it with
your volleyball skills.

Well you see I am really nervous and when I get nervous I can be really
sweet because I usually don't say anything at all.  BUT I am forcing
myself to talk today.  So your saying I'm not sweet?  That's ok though because
Josh thinks I am.  (He has to go to the dentist today and he has like 6 or 7
cavities)  He needs my finger brush.....  Anyways I can't come to the
game tonight.  I have a tae-kwon-do demonstration tonight at K-state
Manhattan at 
7:00.  My brother has really been getting onto me about skipping out on
tae-kwon-do stuff so if I skipped out tonight I would be in deep dew
dew.
